Labs – Workforce Data Innovation, Collaboration, R&D
Labs reflects Aspen Tech Labs’ commitment to innovation within the hiring and workforce data ecosystem.
The initiative focuses on collaboration with organizations that want to build new applications, analytical models, or intelligence products powered by structured job posting data and labor market signals.
Labs is not a separate product. It is a framework for partnership.
Why Labs Exists
Structured job data can support a wide range of applications beyond search platforms and dashboards. As hiring markets evolve, organizations increasingly seek new ways to interpret workforce signals, skills demand, compensation trends, and company-level hiring behavior.
Labs provides a structured environment for collaboration on these use cases.

Projects may involve structured proof-of-concept engagements, research partnerships, or technical integration planning.
